Do you remember when you were young? Everything was possible. Your energy was way too high for your parents and family to
handle. You never had any kind of nasty illness. The weight you gained was coming out so fast! You could do, ate and drank
anything without particular damage to your body and soul. Everything was just great!

However, what you never knew was that one day you will have to pay the price for everything. Drinking that iced coffee on the sea
side was great but you never imagined that one day your stomach and spleen might become depleted of vitality and Qi. And what
about the mini skirt you were wearing in the middle of winter or driving the motor bike could have brought so much cold and damp
in the body that one day will make your body full of inflammation with pains and aches.

Now, when you are passing the mark of 40+, do you feel like your body, health and energy level are not as high as before? And as
the time passes your wellbeing changes?

No matter if you used and/or are training, taking your fitness very seriously still is not the same as used to be? The recovery time
gets longer too. That injury you had when you were young become more difficult to handle and stays in the way of enjoying your
life.

AGING IS A NATURAL BIOLOGICAL PROCESS

It is all part of nature. We are born and pass through several stages in our life until old age. However what was old 30 years ago is not anymore. 60 and 70 is not
considered old age and we can be in amazing shape. What is great for our era we live in is that we can have an extraordinary quality of life for longer!

The misconceptions what is natural for old age are: lower energy levels, loss of balance, pain and aches in the joints, brittle bones, reduced strength and
stamina, dull skin and thin hair, muscle loss.

The society hypnotizes us to believe that this is how we should be, feel and look as we age. And in the end, what you had envision and believed will become
the reality you live in. This applies for every aspect of your life.

The Health & Longevity Program for 40+ includes the following activities:

● Training timetable for specific longevity exercises based on the following styles: Buddhist Meditation, Shaolin Qigong, Taiji Quan and Meihua Quan.

● Longevity Monks Secrets – Daily Habits and Routines

● Nutrition for Longevity

● Longevity Coaching by implementing Healthy Believes and Values

● Health Consultation and Advice from Chinese Traditional Medicine (CTM) Doctor

● Culture Classes: Tea Ceremony, Calligraphy, CTM, Buddhism Lecture

Additionally but not included in The Health & Longevity Program for 40+:

● Medical Treatments advised by CTM Doctor

When you start Sanda class, you must learn to master the step drag and pivot maneuvers. The jumping while sparring in Competition you can achieve after you
have conditioned your body and developed a good technique. During these exercises, you will improve your balance.
