Shaolin Kung Fu

Shaolin Culture consists of 3 Treasures: Chan 禅 (Buddhism Philosophy), Wu 武 (Martial Art), Yi 医 (Chinese Traditional Medicine and Qigong)

When you start training in Shaolin Kung Fu, firstly you must first develop life healthy habits and personal discipline. There are some traits of the monks which are passed into the disciples: to be considerate, courteous, brave, righteous, diligent, loyal, develop clarity and learn how to solve problems.

A true Master will teach you to be gentle, love life and be happy. The two main pillars of the Shaolin Philosophy are: WISDOM and COMPASSION.

DUILIAN (对练 /DUÌ LIÀN)

Duilian means when you practice the forms in pairs so you can perform it as a COMBAT form. Each form can be practiced in pairs.
