“The purpose of Kung Fu isn’t to deplete your body of its power. Training in Kung Fu is meant to develop your internal and external Qi. If you wish to preserve your body’s energy and strength for years to come, you must train intelligently.” – Shifu Shi Yanjun

Shifu Yanjun adapts his training style to your age, body, health, and the seasons. At the Shaolin Temple, your training isn’t limited to one specific style of Kung Fu. You’ll learn a variety of styles to help you become powerful from the inside – out.

If a link within the lightbox text doesn’t work here, Shifu Yanjun’s section can be written under his photo (or however works best). He is the only person with a link like that.
