Advice on getting the best outcome

Shifu Shi Yanjun strongly advises students serious about Kung Fu not to arrive as complete beginners at the Temple if they wish to achieve a higher level or learn more during their stay. A complete beginner will take time to grasp the basic knowledge about Kung Fu training. In addition, it can take up to three months to make the connection between the body and mind. It means that your mind will understand the instructions but your body will not be able to follow them. 
With this in mind, Shifu Shi Yanjun developed the Online Bundle Membership program to give beginner students an extraordinary advantage when they arrive at training live at the Temple. The program introduces students to basic body mechanics, stretching, breathing, and routines.
