Terms & Conditions
When you come to Shaolin & Meihua Quan Temple training centre, we will welcome you as a cherished guest. At our centre, we don’t see the individuals who join us as customers; instead, they are treated with the warmth, respect, and hospitality that befit a guest of this special place.
It’s important to remember that our centre is located in the countryside of China. Here, you’ll be able to experience life close to nature, adapting to its rhythm and simplicity. This environment is an integral part of your stay with us, offering a chance to immerse yourself fully in your kung fu training and the natural surroundings.
We are always delighted to welcome you to the Shaolin & Meihua Quan Training Center and to have you participate in our kung fu programs. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we strive to create a positive experience for everyone. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure that you, our other guests, and our staff remain healthy and safe. If you feel unwell or uncertain about traveling, we encourage you to consult your health professional or State health department before making travel plans.
Should travel restrictions arise during your stay, we ask that you take responsibility for organizing your ongoing travel arrangements. It may include fulfilling any testing or quarantine requirements mandated by your home area or the destination you’re traveling to next, or any unforseen encounters.
For your peace of mind, please note that in an emergency, the nearest hospital is just 4 kilometres away, approximately a 10-minute drive from the training centre. If you require urgent medical attention during your stay, an ambulance will be arranged to take you to the hospital promptly.
We look forward to welcoming you to our training centre and supporting you on this unique and enriching kung fu journey.

Responsibility of Valuables
Upon arrival and check-in at our facility, we require all guests to follow a specific protocol for handling valuable personal items. This includes, but is not limited to, jewellery, watches, electronic devices, cash, credit cards, and other significant monetary or sentimental items. Each guest will be given an envelope to place these valuables. Once all items are inside, the envelope must be sealed.
The sealed envelope containing valuables should then be stored within the guest’s bag or luggage. While we strive to maintain a safe and secure environment, we must emphasise that neither the property owner, the management team, nor staff members can assume responsibility for these personal belongings. This includes any damage, loss, or theft during your stay.
We strongly recommend that guests exercise caution and discretion regarding the items they bring to our facility. We would suggest leaving extremely valuable items at home or in a secure location elsewhere if possible. By following these guidelines, guests can help ensure the safety of their possessions while understanding our liability limits. Our staff is committed to providing a safe experience, but the guest is responsible for their items.

We are committed to providing you with the highest hospitality service, including protecting your privacy. The staff or third-party providers who assist us only access the information we collect. Information will not be disclosed to any party unless you seek prior agreement.
