YOU’RE NOT BROKEN. BUT SOMETHING FEELS OFF.

Life works… on the outside.

But inside...

  • Your mind doesn’t stop

  • Your body holds tension you can’t release

  • Energy comes in waves — then crashes

  • Discipline feels forced… or disappears

You’ve tried to fix it:

  • routines

  • workouts

  • meditation

  • pushing harder

But nothing really holds. Because the problem isn’t effort. It’s disconnection from your body, your rhythm, and how you live.

THE PROBLEM ISN’T MOTIVATION. IT’S MISSING PRACTICE.

You don’t need more:

  • discipline
  • intensity
  • information
  •

You need a way to:

    • train your body

    • regulate your nervous system

    • bring structure back into your life

Consistently.

This is what kung fu originally was. Not fighting. A way of practicing how to live.

THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL RETREAT

This is not:

  • a wellness holiday

  • a yoga escape

  • a motivational experience

This is training.

A structured, embodied practice where:

  • your mind slows down

  • your body reorganizes

  • your energy stabilizes

Not because you try harder…

But because your system resets.

For 5 days, you step out of your normal environment —and into a rhythm that restores how you function.

WHAT BEGINS TO CHANGE

Within days, people notice:

  • their mind becomes quieter

  • their body feels lighter and more stable

  • their breathing changes

  • their reactions slow down

And something deeper happens…

BEFORE

  • constantly thinking

  • easily overwhelmed

  • inconsistent energy

  • tension in the body

  • discipline feels forced

AFTER

  • calm under pressure

  • steady, usable energy

  • grounded in your body

  • clarity without effort

  • discipline becomes natural

You don’t become someone new. You return to how you’re meant to function.

WHAT YOU’LL PRACTICE

The structure is simple.
That’s why it works. Each day, you train:

Kung Fu Basics, Shaolin Quan, Kung Fu training
Body

posture, balance, movement, strength without tension, how to stand and move correctly

Kung Fu Basics, Shaolin Quan, Kung Fu training
Nervous System

slowing down reactivity, stabilizing attention, building internal calm

Meihua Quan
Resilience

staying stable under pressure, adapting without losing center, training through controlled challenge

Kung Fu Basics, Shaolin Quan, Kung Fu training
Recovery

rest, silence, integration, allowing the system to reset

This is not about intensity. It’s about correct repetition.

A DAY INSIDE THE RETREAT

Mornings begin in silence.

You start with simple standing and movement practice.
Your body wakes up differently.

Midday slows down.

You eat simply.
You rest.
You begin to feel space again.

Afternoons challenge you.

Balance. Coordination. Controlled pressure.
You learn to stay stable when things shift.

Evenings quiet everything.

Breath. Stillness. Early rest.

After a few days… your system starts to feel different.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

  • You feel something needs to change, but don’t know how
  • You’re tired of living in your head
  • You want discipline that feels natural, not forced
  • You’re drawn to something real — not trendy
  • You’re ready to practice, not just consume

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF…

  • You’re looking for a comfortable holiday
  • You want entertainment, not training
  • You’re not willing to be challenged
  • You’re searching for quick fixes

What You’ll Experience

Restore physical energy and vitality

Release accumulated stress and tension

Reconnect with calm, clarity, and presence

Learn Shaolin inspired movement and breath practices

Develop deeper body awareness and take home practical tools for daily life

This retreat is designed not just for the days you spend here — but for the lasting impact it creates afterward.

Testimonials

Experiencing the connection between kung fu and Chiense medicine, as it really is Chinese medicine in movement. Feeling how my body can feel strong and healthy, without needing to have muscle aches. The inner transformation I experienced is to get closer to unlocking other forms of Qi and balancing my hard Qi. The compassion and gratefulness that I’ve felt all around me during the retreat, I hope to carry and spread to everyone around me. The experience exceeded all my expectations. The retreat feels like an invitation to come back and keep learning and practicing Kung Fu for the rest of my life.

Tiara (The Netherlands)

My body-mind connection grew stronger. I can feel new sensations when training with focus and intention. Now I know what it really means to train Kung Fu. That was only the beginning.

Fabian (Germany)

I really enjoyed this step into the world of Chinese Buddhist monks. I learned what their day to day life is like. I really had an internal journey of thinking more in the eyes of a monk. The Kung Fu training reflected this internal transformation as it focused more on internal flowing movements rather than power. However, you will still be very sore and sweaty after training. I would like to continue. with morning meditationations and Qigong and learning how to discover my inner Qi.
