What You're Struggling With
Most people who come here are not beginners in life.
They are capable, responsible, and used to handling a lot.
But over time:
- the mind gets overloaded
- the body holds tension
- energy becomes inconsistent
- focus becomes harder
Rest alone doesn’t fix this.
Why Now
If you already feel this, waiting won’t change it.
This kind of reset doesn’t happen on its own.
It requires:

stepping out of your usual environment

structured practice

time to restore properly
HOW YOU WILL FEEL AFTER

- Experience a calmer, clearer mind
- Feel more grounded and stable
- Regain focus and direction
- Feel more like yourself again
WHAT WILL BE DIFFERENT IN YOUR LIFE
- You won’t wake up already tired
- Your mind won’t feel constantly “on”
- You’ll handle stress with more clarity
- You’ll have tools to reset yourself when needed
WHAT PROBLEM THIS SOLVES
- Move from mental overload → clarity

Testimonials
My body-mind connection grew stronger. I can feel new sensations when training with focus and intention. Now I know what it really means to train Kung Fu. That was only the beginning.
Fabian (Germany)
I really enjoyed this step into the world of Chinese Buddhist monks. I learned what their day to day life is like. I really had an internal journey of thinking more in the eyes of a monk. The Kung Fu training reflected this internal transformation as it focused more on internal flowing movements rather than power. However, you will still be very sore and sweaty after training. I would like to continue. with morning meditationations and Qigong and learning how to discover my inner Qi.

Experiencing the connection between kung fu and Chiense medicine, as it really is Chinese medicine in movement. Feeling how my body can feel strong and healthy, without needing to have muscle aches. The inner transformation I experienced is to get closer to unlocking other forms of Qi and balancing my hard Qi. The compassion and gratefulness that I’ve felt all around me during the retreat, I hope to carry and spread to everyone around me. The experience exceeded all my expectations. The retreat feels like an invitation to come back and keep learning and practicing Kung Fu for the rest of my life.
