Qigong: Fingers & Hands Qigong for Computer Users and Arthritic Pain


From the Han Dynasty to the present day, Qigong finger exercises have been developed as a powerful self-practicing system to heal disease in the organs and the body as a whole plus enable an increase in brain utilization and cleverness by developing the use of both hemispheres of the brain.

This is accomplished as a result of the signals that are sent along the fourteen meridians and collaterals between the brain and the hands and the associations that the five organs have with each other.

Shifu Shi Yanjun will teach several exercises for computer users and people with arthritic problems. There are three sets of exercises for fingers and hands. The finger exercises are beneficial to people who have an interest to improve their mental skill, which will in turn lead to an improvement of one’s health.
