Train Kung Fu in China Meihua & Shaolin Lineage
Step Into the Heart of Kung Fu Tradition
Imagine waking to soft dawn light upon Chinese mountains, the crisp morning air in your mouth as you awaken to the day. Around you, sounds of nature mingle with the peaceful essence of a land rich with martial tradition. This is where, in Meihua Quan Kung Fu’s home, the ancient Chinese Martial Art, your journey begins.
Guided personally by Shifu Shi Yanjun, 34th Generation Shaolin Warrior and 17th Generation Successor to Meihua Quan, you will not simply learn movements—you will be instructed in a living tradition that has been transmitted for centuries. This is authentic training in its purest form, based in lineage, based in discipline, and in the profound philosophy that generated the Meihua Quan and Shaolin arts.
Chinese training is unlike anywhere else. Here, Kung Fu is not a class you attend—it is the air that you breathe, the beat of your day, the aura that surrounds you. Each stance, each strike, each breath is saturated with the energy of a location where martial arts are not merely practiced, but lived.
What You’ll Experience
Your schooling in China will be more than an education program — it will be total immersion in the living spirit of Shaolin and Meihua Quan. Daily, your body will be pushed, your mind will become razor-sharp, and your perception will be gained into martial arts as a path.
During your training, you will
- Train every day under direct instruction and correction from Shifu Shi Yanjun & his team — learning from a true Shaolin Warrior and inheritor to the Meihua Quan.
- Develop strength, endurance, and agility through classical Shaolin & Meihua Quan fundamentals, conditioning, and weapons training.
- Study true forms and patterns of the Shaolin and Meihua Quan systems, as well as styles such as Taiji, Qigong, Meditation, Wing Chun, Sanda, Baji Quan, Bagua Zhang, Xing Yi Quan, Qin Na and Animals Styles maintained through centuries of hereditary transmission.
- Develop inner calm and resilience through Qigong, breathing techniques, and meditative practice.
- Live the martial way — training, eating, and resting in harmony with the natural rhythms of the day.
- Connect with fellow martial artists from around the world, sharing in the spirit of discipline and camaraderie.
- Explore Chinese martial culture through philosophy, history, and the values that have shaped these arts for generations.
Daily Life & Training Schedule
Life here is simple, focused, and deeply rewarding. Each day follows a rhythm that balances physical training, mental focus, and restorative rest — the same principles that have guided Shaolin and Meihua Quan practice for generations.

Advanced practitioners are challenged to push their boundaries, exploring advanced techniques and deepening their understanding of kung fu philosophy. Regardless of your current skill level, we offer growth and fulfilment pathways.

The Beginner Path focuses on fundamental stances, footwork, basic strikes, and blocks common across all eight styles. Students develop core strength, flexibility, and coordination while understanding the underlying principles of Chinese martial arts philosophy.

The Intermediate Path builds on the foundational skills, introducing more advanced techniques. Students will focus on practical application, sparring drills, and Qi development. Emphasis is placed on developing power, speed, Qi, and precision.

What Our Students say about their experience

Shifu keeps on saying that "Kung Fu is very easy. When is time to sleep - you sleep. When is time to train - you train. When is time to eat - you eat. Kung Fu is Life." Beneath these simple words lies a deep truth. Kung Fu is not something you do - its something YOU ARE!
Annika Sala - Germany

Although I was slow in learning the skills and in my forms, nobody put me down and nobody said to me that I cannot do it. Everyone supported me. A months is not enough. I would like to come again - I love the family like feeling, I love the environment and the people.
Sundeep Varia - Kenya

Thank you all for supporting me. Learning forms took me out of my comfort zone. It gave me a great gift of humility. Being with all if you, you all give me humility. Everyone of you earn my respect. The life is hard, its blood, its sweat, buises and sore muscles. It takes a special kind of person to not choose this comfort.
Alexander Reid - USA

I want to give a big thank you to all of you. Thank you all for sharing your thoughts and heart with me. Thank you Wu Shifu foir sharing your life with me. I will never forget your smile. I will remember ti for the rest fo my life.
Roger Kokkonen - Finland

I'm not at six months, and I do not want to leave this place. I have many good friends here. On my first day, when I arrived with my father, I was worried about the training. My first day was Hard Qigong, and I could not sleep. My arms were in pain, but in the end, I said to myself, "No pain, no gain, no Kung Fu." This is why I came here.
Ajay Karate - India

For the past eight months, I felt like I was in the scene with the Matrix—I know Kung Fu. It's crazy how eight months can pass by. I have been skydiving for 18 years, achieving many world championship titles. I thought it would make me feel better, but it didn't. I was looking for something new, and I wanted to be a student again. Why not train Kung Fu? Life is short. Make more out of life by pushing hard. Give 100%.
Patrik Kramer - Germany
